RASHBERRY JAM DROP COOKIE BOX

This is our Raspberry Jam Drop/Thumbprint Butter Cookie, an Unna Bakery classic. It’s a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet & tart raspberry jam. We bake them just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get this golden colour that I like so much. Made with real butter, never palm oil, soy or preservatives.

Ingredients: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, raspberry jam, vanilla sugar, sea salt, white distilled vinegar.
