Items have a 1-2 business day processing time since they are made to order. This does NOT include shipping time, which is an additional 2-5 days. 

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once we drop it off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and Kismet will not give refunds on this basis
